Pvp Template

Looking for good commonly used Archery Template. i am from the US wit around 250 avg ping. wondering if ninjit archer is plausible here over mage since ping is rather higher then i am used to.
please send templates so i can start building pvp character and get into the blood mix of grey screens and cheering

I checked ping from Texas, it must be about ~170ms, 250 looks too much USA and Canada - ping-admin.ru/free_ping/result/145920769...rdj9u12uv7b898m.html last column, "Техас" = "Texas".
