Stygian Abyss Dungeon Entrance?

So I ran to the Shrine of Singularity and said "unorus" and nothing happened... www.uoguide.com/Shrine_of_Singularity

I ventured into the tomb of kings, I died, but ventured forward to explore and saw that the first two barriers created by the flame of order and choas is not there (www.uoguide.com/File:Ord_Anord.jpg), so I assume it is not part of this server. However, getting to the potral I saw that there was no bridge accross. And the wiki said I need to quest from the Shine of singularity to pass the guardians and enter the gate. Is this true here? (I was a ghost so not sure)

I also tried fire islans, but the underworld does not seem to be there... So I cannot see any way to get into the Stygian Abyss Dungeon.

Will try getting through Tomb of Kings again soon.
